Biography
Brandon Dubov is an associate in the Global Tax Practice. Brandon's practice focuses on the tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and investment funds. He regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as other private and public companies, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax-deferred reorganizations, and divestures. In addition, Brandon regularly represents sovereign and sovereign-related entities in investments in private equity and other alternative investments, as well as in secondary transactions.
Brandon also has experience structuring SPAC business combinations, spin-off transactions, and Up-Cs.
