Brandon Dubov is an associate in the Firm's Tax Practice Group. Brandon's practice focuses on domestic and international tax law. He regularly advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and the formation and operation of, and investment in, investment funds and joint ventures, and regularly works on renewable energy projects, securities offerings, and other domestic and cross-border tax matters.
