Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bryan, Garnier & Co. (Bryan Garnier), a leading independent full-service investment bank specializing in the European technology and healthcare sectors, on its acquisition by Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) (Stifel).

This transaction enables Stifel to continue evolving its European operating model by adding further capabilities to two of its largest investment banking verticals: healthcare and technology. For Bryan Garnier, this partnership will expand its global reach and allow the company to generate significant cross-border growth opportunities in the US for its European clients.

Bryan Garnier offers a comprehensive suite of services, including mergers & acquisitions advisory, equity capital markets and debt and equity private placement services to European growth companies, large corporates, private equity firms and institutional investors. Combined, Stifel and Bryan Garnier have led more than 500 European technology and healthcare transactions since 2020, including advisory, sponsor-led M&A, equity and debt deals.
