Carlotta Mastria is an associate in the Milan office and practices in the areas of Equity and Debt Capital Markets.

Carlotta advises issuers and banks on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, tender offers, bond issuance and private placements. Carlotta has also gained experience in M&A and Financial Regulation transactions involving banks and listed companies, with a particular focus on Italian and international financial institutions, advising on regulatory aspects, authorization procedures and corporate governance.

Prior to joining White & Case, Carlotta practiced in another international law firm in Milan in the Capital Markets and Financial Regulation department.
