Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the underwriting syndicate on the initial public offering (IPO) of Gens Aurea, a European leader in the purchase and sale of gold and precious items.
Gens Aurea will be listed on Euronext Milan, the regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana.
The offering involved approximately 10 percent of Gens Aurea’s share capital at a price of €10 per share. With a market capitalization of more than €1 billion, Gens Aurea’s debut represents the first IPO in Italy in 2026 on the regulated capital markets and the first IPO on the main market in several years.
BNP PARIBAS and Jefferies acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. BNP PARIBAS also acted as Listing Agent. UniCredit Bank GmbH, Milan Branch acted as Co-Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, Banca Akros S.p.A. – Gruppo Banco BPM acted as Joint Bookrunner and Alantra Capital Markets Sociedad de Valores S.A.U. acted as Lead Manager.
