Biography

Celine is an Associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London and a member of the Structured Credit team. Celine has experience advising financial institutions and corporates on cross-border transactions including in relation to structured finance, finance-linked hedging, loan repackagings and structured product issuances.

Celine joined White & Case as a trainee solicitor in 2023 and has gained experience in the Firm's Construction and Engineering, Project Development and Finance and Capital Markets groups in London, as well as the Project Development and Finance group in Paris.

Experience

A consortium of lenders, including CIBC, ING Bank, KfW IPEX-Bank, SMBC, SEB and UniCredit, on the complex financing structure of up to €1.6 billion for CEE RF9, Germany's largest repowering fund.

Senior financiers including Deutsche Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank, Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector, ICBC, Silk Road Fund, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Kuveyt Türk, Akbank, Garanti BBVA, QNB, VakıfBank, and Ziraat Bank, on the €1.7 billion senior secured financing for the Antalya-Alanya motorway project.
