White & Case advises Sonnedix on US$1.3 billion landmark refinancing in Chile

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sonnedix, a global renewable energy company with 12GW of total capacity, on its US$1.3 billion landmark refinancing transaction in Chile.

The transaction will accelerate Sonnedix Chile's renewable energy development pipeline in the country, including its energy storage and hybrid projects.
