Clara Busin is an associate in the Milan office. Her main area of practice is Debt Finance. She advises on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Clara regularly assists on project finance and general lending matters and has been involved in several due diligence and restructuring processes.

Prior to joining White & Case, Clara practiced in the Finance, Project and Restructuring department of an international law firm, where she gained experience in a broad range of finance and restructuring transactions.
