Overview

Clémentine Durney joined the Paris office of White & Case in October 2018 as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT) department.

Her practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for French and international clients in the areas of IP law (copyrights, trademarks, designs and models), IT law (IT agreements such as software licenses, integration, outsourcing, ASP, SaaS, cloud computing), internet law (e-commerce, online gambling, liability of technical intermediaries) and data protection.

Prior to joining White & Case, Clémentine acquired experience in the IT department of a leading English law firm in Paris. She has also worked in an international law firm focusing on trademarks and IP law in Sydney.
