White & Case advises H&MV Engineering and Exponent on senior financing and group refinancing for continuation vehicle acquisition

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised H&MV Engineering, a global provider of high-voltage engineering and construction services, on the senior debt financing of a continuation vehicle transaction led by the Group's existing sponsor Exponent to facilitate Exponent's ongoing support for H&MV and a refinancing for the group's future working capital.
The financing included a senior term loan and a committed acquisition/capex term loan facility alongside an upsized revolving credit and bonding facility and a committed delayed draw bonding facility from eight super senior arrangers.
