Biography

Ed is an Associate in the Firm's Global Intellectual Property practice, based in London. He advises international and UK-based clients from a diverse range of sectors, including private equity, technology, pharmaceutical and financial services, on complex IP and technology issues in the context of tech-intensive M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic commercial projects.

His practice includes advising on the IP and technology elements of cross-border M&A transactions and PE investments, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for the acquisition, development and licensing of technology and brands.

Ed spent eight months on in-house secondment with leading British information and analytics provider RELX plc.
