Biography

Enzo Antonucci is an associate in the Firm's Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice in Paris.

Enzo mainly advises listed and non-listed companies in French and cross-border restructuring and distressed transactions, including M&A, carve-outs, business transfers and workforce reduction processes. He regularly assists with the employment aspects of complex transactions, including relations with employee representative bodies and the negotiation of social plans.

Enzo also advises clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including incentive schemes and termination of employment.

Prior to joining White & Case, Enzo gained experience in both French and international law firms and was a lecturer in restructuring and insolvency law.

Representation of Majorelle as existing shareholders on the refinancing of Maisons du Monde Group, with a new investor consortium consisting of Alteri Investors and Eicos Investment Group set to strengthen equity and significantly reduce bank debt, subject to normal conditions.

Representation of African electric vehicle platform Spiro on its US$215 million equity fundraising from major institutional investors, including Equitane and Impact Fund Denmark, to support the scale up of electric mobility and energy infrastructure in Africa.

(CEPD), a leading pharmacy retail network operator, and its shareholders on the acquisition of the Atida group (Atida) from OLP Intermediate S.A. (OLP), whose shareholders included Marcol, a European investor focused on the healthcare services sector.

Representation of Caisse des Dépôts on the conclusion of agreements with the French State regarding the acquisition from the State of the Société pour le logement intermédiaire (SLI), as well as its stakes in Autoroutes et tunnel du Mont-Blanc (ATMB) and Société française du tunnel routier du Fréjus (SFTRF) for a total amount of approximately €2.5 billion.
