Biography
Farah is an associate based in Cairo. Before joining White & Case, Farah worked at an international law firm in Abu Dhabi and New York and worked at an international law firm in Cairo.
Farah has a range of experience advising clients on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory work.

Representation of OQ Gas Networks on its c. US$750 million IPO on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX).
Representation of Taaleem Holdings on its AED 750 million IPO on the Dubai Financial Market.
Representation of Leo Corp B.V. on the sale of a majority stake in its shipping services, Safina International B.V.
Representation of Leo Corp B.V. on the US$140 million sale of 70% of the shares International Associated Cargo Carrier B.V. (which wholly owns Transmar International Shipping and Transcargo International) to Abu Dhabi Ports PJSC.
Representation of Orascom Construction on its sale of a majority stake in its buildings chemicals subsidiary, MBCC group companies in Egypt and Algeria to Sika group.
