Advised Blue Elephant Energy, backed by Antin Infrastructure Partners, on the acquisition of an onshore wind energy portfolio (with a total capacity of 381 MW) in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania.
RSJ Investment
Advised RSJ Investments on the joint venture with Second Foundation Commodities in connection with the setup of a new BESS (battery energy storage system) fund, designed to pool capital and support investments in battery projects across international markets.
