Biography
Franziska Josepha Schiffmann is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
She advises in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate 2023, Franziska gained practical experience by working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer for renowned international law firms in Frankfurt and Leipzig in the field of Corporate/M&A and Real Estate.
