Gabrielle Sanchez

Gabrielle Sanchez is an associate in White & Case's Debt Finance group, based in New York. She represents major commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, recapitalization transactions and other debt financing transactions, both domestic and global in nature. She also has experience representing strategic buyers and private equity funds in domestic and global mergers and acquisitions.

Gabrielle earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney in the Fordham Law Criminal Defense Clinic and was a member of Fordham Law’s Dispute Resolution team.
