White & Case advises Mill Point Capital on financing for acquisition of Total Safety’s Supplies & Solutions division

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mill Point Capital LLC (Mill Point), a leading private equity firm focused on control investments, on the financing for its acquisition of Total Safety Supplies and Solutions, Inc. (S&S) and its subsidiaries.

The acquisition of S&S, a division of Total Safety U.S., Inc. and a leading provider of outsourced safety equipment, compliance services and personnel across the utility, transportation and downstream sectors, represents Mill Point's 20th corporate carve-out, underscoring its proficiency with complex transaction structures.
