Biography
Hilda Leung is an associate in White & Case’s Capital Markets practice based in Hong Kong. She advises issuers, underwriters and investors in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S and other capital market transactions. She also has experience advising listed issuers on M&A transactions and compliance matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Hilda worked at the Hong Kong office of a US-headquartered international law firm.

Equity Capital Markets
- The book running lead managers in the INR 33.95 billion (US$400 million) Rule 144A/ Regulation S IPO of Anthem Biosciences Limited, a Contract Research, Development and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) and one of the few companies in India with integrated New Chemical Entity (NCE) and New Biological Entity (NBE) capabilities across drug discovery, development and manufacturing. This IPO is the largest-ever IPO in India's CRDMO sector as of its completion.
- The book running lead managers on the INR 42,250 million (US$509.64 million) Rule 144A/Regulation S IPO of Blackstone-owned International Gemological Institute (India) Limited ("IGI India") on the National Stock Exchange of India. IGI India became the first company in the gems and studded jewelry certification industry worldwide to be listed.
- The book running lead managers in relation to the IPO of Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited, one of India's largest and fastest growing standalone retail health insurers, and the only health insurance company in India that is majority controlled by a foreign global healthcare group, Bupa.
- The book running lead managers on the INR 12.5 billion (approximately US$145.64 million) Rule 144A/Regulation S IPO of Carraro India Limited, a manufacturer of axles and transmission systems for agricultural tractors and construction vehicles. Carraro India is a subsidiary of Italy-based Carraro SpA which heads the Carraro Group.The book running lead managers on the US$360 million IPO of Aadhar Housing Finance Limited, a Blackstone portfolio company focused on the low-income housing segment in India.
- J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, CICC and Haitong International and other underwriters in connection with the secondary listing of GDS Holdings Limited of US$1.67 billion.*
- RemeGen Co., Ltd. in connection with its IPO of US$515 million.*
- Acotec Scientific Holdings Limited in connection with its IPO of US$210 million.*
Debt Capital Markets
- Greentown China Holdings Limited on its issuance of US$500 million 8.45% senior guaranteed notes due in 2028 and a concurrent offer to purchase its outstanding 4.7% senior notes due 2025 and 5.65% senior notes due 2025.
- RRJ Capital on its investment in publicly listed US$150 million 5.85%, convertible bonds due 2025 in two tranches, issued by Luye Pharma Group Ltd., a leading HKEx-listed Chinese pharmaceutical company dedicated to the research, development, production and distribution of innovative medicines.
- UBS and Guotai Junan as the financial advisors in the exchange offer and consent solicitation and the subsequent reopened exchange offer by Zhongliang Holdings Group Company Limited in respect of its two tranches of senior notes.
- Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank as the dealer managers in the tender offer by Fosun International in respect of senior notes issued by its BVI subsidiaries.
