Hovig Cancioglu is an associate in the Employment & Benefits team at White & Case in Paris.
He mainly advises French and international companies on all employment-related issues in France, as well as on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, and reorganizations.
He handles employment litigation and engages in sensitive negotiations involving executive departures. He has developed a particular interest in matters related to whistleblowing and compensation structures.
Prior to joining White & Case, Hovig Cancioglu gained valuable experience at a Magic Circle law firm as well as in the HR Department of a French multinational company.
