Overview

Hugo is an Associate in the Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office and specializes in private equity transactions as well as national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Representing corporate clients, investors and private equity firms, he also offers advice on a broad range of general corporate law matters in connection complex German and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining the Frankfurt team in 2015, Hugo worked as a trainee lawyer for an international law firm in Frankfurt in the field of M&A/Corporate and Capital Markets.
