Jenni Nygård's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including capital market transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Her recent capital markets work has been in international equity and debt capital market transactions of primarily Finnish and other Nordic companies. She also advices Finnish publicly-traded companies and other national and international corporate and investment banking clients on Finnish corporate and securities laws.
Jenni joined the Firm in 2013 after her graduation from law school.

Representing Nasdaq Stockholm listed SSAB AB in its €1.1 billion recommended share exchange offer to Rautaruukki Corporation's shareholders, including secondary listing of SSAB's shares issued as offer consideration on Nasdaq Helsinki.
Representing Nasdaq Helsinki listed Outokumpu Oyj in its €665 million rights offering.
Representing Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. in connection with its secondary public offering of shares. This transaction, with proceeds of approximately US$1.6 billion, was the largest ever primary equity offering in Turkish history. The transaction was also recorded as the largest European real estate equity raise in the previous five years.
Representing Nasdaq Helsinki listed Metso Corporation in its €1 billion partial demerger in which Metso's paper, pulp and power businesses were transferred to a newly-established company, Valmet Corporation. As a part of the transaction, the shares in Valmet were listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
