Jenni Nygård's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including capital market transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Her recent capital markets work has been in international equity and debt capital market transactions of primarily Finnish and other Nordic companies. She also advises Finnish publicly-traded companies and other national and international corporate and investment banking clients on Finnish corporate and securities laws.
Jenni has spent ten months on secondment to Stora Enso Oyj. Jenni joined the Firm in 2013 after her graduation from law school.
