White & Case advises managers on Posti’s €303 million Nasdaq Helsinki IPO

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DNB Carnegie and Danske Bank as joint global coordinators, and Nordea as joint bookrunner, on the initial public offering (IPO) and Nasdaq Helsinki listing of Posti Group Oyj (Posti).

The IPO included sales of shares by the State of Finland, represented by the Prime Minister’s Office, and a personnel offering by Posti. At the offer price, Posti had a market capitalization of approximately €303 million.

Posti is one of the leading delivery and fulfilment companies operating in Finland, Sweden and the Baltic countries.
