Jessica Ball is a partner in the Debt Finance practice based in the Firm’s Boston office. Jessica represents an array of private credit providers, including private debt funds, sovereign wealth funds, business development companies and insurance companies in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalizations and restructurings.

Jessica has extensive experience with senior secured, unitranche, second lien, mezzanine, holdco, and preferred stock structures in both sponsored and non-sponsored transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, professional services, food and beverage, manufacturing and education.
