White & Case advises Macquarie Capital on up to US$150 million investment in Enterprise Risk Associates

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Macquarie Capital Principal Finance, the financing and principal investing arm of Macquarie Capital, on its up to US$150 million investment in Enterprise Risk Associates (ERA).

ERA is an insurance brokerage platform specializing in mergers and acquisitions of independent insurance agencies. The financing from Macquarie Capital will provide ERA with significant capital to further build out the business and continue its consolidation strategy across commercially focused independent agencies.
