Biography
Jody Joy Anderson is an Associate in the firm's Debt Finance practice group based in the London office. Jody has experience advising major banks, corporate borrowers, private credit funds and other alternative finance providers on various cross-border transactions, including acquisition financings, general bank lending and fund-level financings.

Leveraged Finance
Advising Huvepharma as Borrower under a €130 million credit facility to provide for significant research, development and innovation investments in the healthcare and veterinary sectors.
Advising a leading private credit firm as Lender on the acquisition of a Danish radiopharmaceutical company by Nordic Capital.
Advising a syndicate of banks as Lenders including Barclays, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, ING, NatWest, RBI and UBS on the establishment of a new loan provided to Advent International's portfolio company, Zentiva Group, to refinance existing debt.
Fund Finance
Advising a syndicate of six banks as Lenders in connection with a €300 million capital call bridge facility provided to four Luxembourg fund Borrowers.
Advising a leading European investment bank as Agent, Security Agent and Original Lender and a London-based investment firm as Original Lender in connection with a hybrid facility made to a Luxembourg RAIF fund.
Advising a leading Japanese bank, as Arranger, Agent, Security Agent and Original Lender, in connection with a £150 million capital call facility agreement made available to a Cayman Islands travel and leisure investment fund.
