Jorge is a capital markets and banking and finance associate based in the Mexico City office of the Firm.

Jorge has worked alongside world-class asset managers, Mexican pension funds, banks, public companies and trusts (i.e., SABs, FIBRAs, CKDs and CERPIs) in a wide array of matters such as tender offers, debt issuances, compliance with ongoing corporate obligations, fund formation and loan agreements.

Prior to joining White & Case, Jorge graduated from Universidad Panamericana's law school, and worked as an associate for several years in one of Mexico's most reputable law firms.
