Biography

Josh is a Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in the Firm's Houston office.

Josh's practice focuses on representing domestic and international private equity funds, their portfolio companies and other public and private companies in strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and securities offerings.

Josh also advises companies in connection with the negotiation of partnership and LLC agreements, securities laws compliance and corporate governance. Josh's work spans a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Experience

Expand Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: EXE), the largest natural gas producer in North America, on its US$1.25 billion definitive agreement to acquire Twin Eagle Holdings, N.A., LLC, a leading private asset-backed natural gas marketing and optimization business.

LS Power on its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire the Brazos Valley Energy Center, a 606-megawatt (MW) natural gas-fired combined-cycle facility located outside Houston, Texas, from Constellation Energy.
