JX Zheng is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
He has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, private funds, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory.
Prior to joining White & Case, JX worked for a leading international law firm, during which time he spent six months on secondment each to the firm's Singapore office and to the legal team of a global investment manager headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
