Biography

JX Zheng is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.

He has extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of private and public transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, growth equity, venture capital financings, joint ventures, private equity, reorganisations, private funds and general corporate advisory.

Prior to joining White & Case, JX worked for a leading global law firm, during which time he spent six months on secondment each to the firm's Singapore office and to the legal team of a global investment manager headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
