Marcin is an associate in the Middle East Capital Markets team. He has extensive experience of advising on a variety of structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. His most recent experience includes advising issuers and arrangers/joint lead managers in Europe and Middle East on a range of wholesale conventional and Shariah-compliant debt capital markets bond/trust certificate transactions, in both standalone as well as programmatic EMTN format.
Marcin was also a legal secondee to the Structured Finance Group within Global Banking and Markets at HSBC Bank plc in London as well as the Capital Markets Legal group at Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai. Prior to joining White & Case, he worked at a magic circle firm in their London and Dubai offices.
