Biography
Mario Vita is member of the White & Case Italian practice. His main areas of practice are Corporate and M&A and Capital Markets.
Mario started his working experience at White & Case as a legal intern in July 2023 and then joined the Firm as a trainee in May 2024. Prior to joining White & Case, Mario practiced as a legal intern in the Corporate and M&A department of an Italian law firm.

Huvepharma EOOD in connection with the acquisition of 100% of Euroapi Italy S.r.l., including the manufacturing site in Brindisi.
Numantec, a leading global developer, manufacturer and distributor of infusion medical devices, in connection with Goldman Sachs Asset Management's agreement to acquire a majority stake in the company.
Private equity firm Summit Partners and other shareholders, including management, in connection with the sale of CluePoints SA to EQT. CluePoints is a provider of AI-based software for risk-based monitoring and data quality oversight of clinical trial studies. Summit Partners, an investor in CluePoints since 2020, and Clinimetrics SA, a co-founder of CluePoints, will retain minority stakes.
The sellers of Unoenergy S.p.A., one of Italy's leading privately owned energy companies active in the sale of electricity, gas and energy efficiency services, in connection with the sale of a 60 percent stake in the company to PLT Holding.
