Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Numantec, a leading global developer, manufacturer and distributor of infusion medical devices, on Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s agreement to acquire a majority stake in the company.
Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.
