Biography
Michael Daly is a counsel in White & Case's Global Tax Practice in New York. He advises financial institutions and corporate clients on complex US and cross-border tax matters, including debt issuances, securitizations, credit risk transfers, derivatives and other structured finance transactions. His practice also encompasses the tax aspects of capital markets transactions and a broad range of financing arrangements.
Prior to joining White & Case, Michael practiced in the tax group at another international law firm.
