Biography

Michael is a counsel in the Employment, Compensation & Benefits practice in New York.

Michael's practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits and employment matters in both the advisory and transactional contexts. He regularly advises private and public companies on equity and cash compensation arrangements, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and other compensation-related agreements and plans.

Prior to joining White & Case, Michael was an associate in the executive compensation and employee benefits practice of another international law firm.
