Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ionic Digital Inc., a digital infrastructure company supporting the expanding needs of AI and high-performance computing, on the direct listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, which trades under the ticker IOND.
The White & Case team was led by partners A.J.
