Biography
Michelle is an Associate in our EMEA Private Equity team based in London which is part of our global M&A and Corporate Practice.
She focuses on advising private equity sponsors and other financial investors on a range of cross-border transactions and advising sponsor-held portfolio companies in connection with their capital structures, equity recapitalisations, management equity incentive schemes and day-to-day corporate matters including governance and compliance.
Prior to joining White & Case, Michelle worked at a leading law firm in Sydney.

Representation of MidEuropa Partners on its acquisition of Romanian Business Consult, a leading provider of integrated retail solutions to optimise sales, store efficiency and customer shopping experience.
Representation of Optegra, leading European ophthalmology platform, on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Signifeye, a prominent ophthalmology platform based in Belgium.
Representation of Lanes Group Limited, one of the UK's leading providers of water and wastewater services, and its shareholders on its sale to funds managed by Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a part of BlackRock.
Representation of Cathexis L.P., a private investment holding company on the sale of Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centres, to DigitalBridge and La Caisse.
Representation of Alterra Capital Partners CMC on UK aspects of its acquisition of ARP Africa Travel Group, a destination management group with operations in Europe and East Africa.
