Olivier Poinsignon is an associate in the Global Private Equity and Investment Funds Practices in Luxembourg. 

His practice focuses on collective asset management and alternative investment funds.

His practice encompasses a broad range of alternative investment funds including private equity, real estate, debt and infrastructure funds. He also advises on derivative documentation (implementation of EMIR, ISDA documentation and derivative instruments implementing investment strategies).

Olivier advises a number of investment fund promoters including private equity firms in relation to the set-up, structuring and administration of Luxembourg investment funds.

Prior to joining White & Case, Olivier practiced for five years in the investment funds department of a major Luxembourg law firm.
