White & Case advises on acquisition of minority stake in Espace Chanteraines shopping centre by EDF Invest

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a leading investor in global real estate on the sale of its 49 percent minority stake in the Espace Chanteraines shopping centre to EDF Invest.

The shopping Centre, which covers 23,000 square meters over more than 6 hectares, is located in the immediate vicinity of Paris.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Brice Engel (Paris) and included partner Arnaud Cagi-Nicolau (Luxembourg) and associates Grégoire Baudry (Paris) and Olivier Poinsignon (Luxembourg).
