Biography
Parthiv Rishi is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice, based in Singapore. He has 20 years of experience advising clients, in particular private equity, venture capital firms, other financial sponsors, and their portfolio companies on complex and cross-border transactions.
Parthiv regularly advises on acquisitions, investments, sales, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements with a strong focus on Southeast Asia and India. His practice spans the entire investment cycle – from early-stage and growth capital investments, to pre-IPO rounds, as well as minority, hybrid and control transactions, and buy-outs.
Parthiv has previously practiced in London, New York and Hong Kong.
