Global law Firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with the addition of Natascha Doll as a partner in Germany.

"Natascha's arrival advances our strategy to grow our global private capital and infrastructure M&A capabilities," said White & Case Chair Heather McDevitt. "Her experience advising global investors on cross-border transactions will deepen our relationships with leading financial sponsors and strengthen the integrated advice we deliver across M&A, energy and infrastructure matters."

Natascha specializes in advising global financial investor clients on acquisitions, disposals and co-investments across a number of jurisdictions. Having qualified and worked both as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) in Germany and as a solicitor in England and Wales in London, Natascha's approach to market-leading PE deals is holistic and international. Natascha has advised investors on some of Europe's most high-value and complex deals. Natascha joins White & Case from Freshfields, where she was partner, and brings more than 20 years of experience at that firm.

White & Case partner Karsten Wöckener, head of Germany, said: "Natascha is a highly regarded private equity lawyer with experience advising leading global investors on complex infrastructure transactions. With Germany continuing to attract significant infrastructure investment and the continued strength of the European PE market, Natascha will be well placed to support clients on their most important cross-border mandates."

White & Case's M&A Practice is continuing to build significant strength with more than 30 lateral partners joining globally over the past year. High-profile additions include partners Noah Carr and Gordon Palmquist (Tokyo); Stephen Fraidin, Andrea Basham, Jennifer Cheng, Paul Tiger, Oreste Cipolla and Dario de Martino (all in New York); Parthiv Rishi (Singapore); and Hervé Pisani, Cyril Valentin, Antoine Mercier, Sarah Fleury and Romain Guénin (all in Paris).
