Biography

Overview

Pierrick is an associate in the Global Tax practice in Luxembourg.

Pierrick's practice mainly focuses on Luxembourg and international taxation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment funds, corporate reorganizations, financings, as well as tax litigation. He also developed an expertise on Pillar Two considerations, in particular in relation with investment fund structures.

Pierrick is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) as well as the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Prior to joining White & Case, Pierrick worked in the tax department of another international law firm in Luxembourg.
