Biography
Robin Pichler is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets practice group in Frankfurt.
Robin Pichler advises domestic and international corporations, financial institutions and investors on a broad range of capital markets, regulatory and corporate law matters. His practice focusses in particular on the establishment and update of debt issuance programmes, including commercial paper and structured notes, certificates and warrants programmes. He also has experience advising on the issuance and placement of related financial products, including standalone issuances and private placement transactions. In addition, he advises clients on registered bonds and Schuldscheindarlehen transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Robin Pichler worked four years in the debt capital markets department of a leading international law firm in Frankfurt. He also deepened his financial industry expertise during a secondment to a major international investment bank.

adidas
Advised a consortium of banks on a bond issue by adidas AG with a total volume of EUR 500 million.
Amprion
Advised a consortium of banks on the issuance of two unsecured green hybrid bonds with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 1 billion by Amprion GmbH under its debt issuance programme.
Bosch
Advised the joint bookrunners on the issuance of two tranches of fixed rate bonds under Bosch Group's Debt Issuance Programme with a total aggregate nominal amount of EUR 1.5 billion.
E.ON
Advised E.ON SE on the issuance of notes with an aggregate principal amount of CHF 385 million, divided into two tranches, both issued as "green bonds" according to the "Green Financing Framework" of E.ON SE.
OMV
Advised a consortium of banks on the issuance of a hybrid bond by OMV Aktiengesellschaft with a total volume of EUR 750 million.
Talanx
Advised a consortium of banks on the issuance of fixed rate notes by Talanx AG with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 500 million.
