White & Case advises consortium of banks on €600 million hybrid bond issuance of Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a consortium of banks on the issuance of unsecured hybrid bonds with an aggregate principal amount of €600 million by Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft under its €6 billion Debt Issuance Programme.

The notes bear interest of 4.200 percent. per annum until the reset date, and have a term of 26 years, with a first issuer call date set for 2 June 2032. The net proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of existing debt.

The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as well as on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
