Biography
Sam is a Counsel in our global Employment, Compensation & Benefits (ECB) group and based in London.
He advises on a wide range of employee incentive and share plan matters for clients of all sizes, ranging from VC backed startups to large global corporate groups.
Sam also advises clients on the design and implementation of both HMRC tax-advantaged share plans, including EMI and CSOP, and bespoke incentive arrangements, such as growth shares, long-term incentive plans and management incentive plans.
Sam also regularly advises clients on the incentives and share plan aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions, including equity funding rounds, private and public M&A, private equity and IPOs.
Sam is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.
