Global law firm White & Case LLP is advising London-listed Deliveroo plc on its recommended £2.9 billion all-cash acquisition by NYSE-listed DoorDash, Inc.

The transaction is being implemented via a UK scheme of arrangement and White & Case is advising Deliveroo on all legal aspects, including public M&A structuring, strategic board advice, UK Takeover Code and public securities laws compliance, antitrust and FDI considerations and employment.

It works with around 176,000 restaurants, grocers and retail partners, as well as more than 130,000 riders with a goal to provide the best on-demand delivery experience in the world.
