Biography
Shane is an Associate in White & Case's Tier 1 Project Development and Finance Group, advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors and government entities on the development and financing of major domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects.
Shane has experience in project finance, corporate and acquisition financings, private equity transactions and capital market deals.
Experience
Advised Smurfit Kappa Group on its bridge financing arranged by Citigroup for Smurfit Kappa's cross-border merger and combination with WestRock.*
Advised EirGrid plc on all aspects of the €800m financing of the Celtic Interconnector, a 700MW submarine power cable linking Ireland and France.*
Advised Beacon Medical Holdings Limited & Sayum Holdings Corporation Limited on the sale of Beacon Hospital to Macquarie.*
Advised Harvey Tool Company LLC on the acquisition of Rub Edibrac Ireland Limited, the parent company of ATA Tools. ATA is an Irish-headquartered precision engineering multinational with subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.*
