Sonia Tubiana is a partner in the EMEA private equity team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case. She advises private and public clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Sonia joined the Firm in June 2025 from an international law firm in Paris, where she was a counsel.
