Prior to joining White & Case Tim Bracksiek worked for another leading international law firm in Frankfurt.

Advising Swiss listed Conzzeta AG on its acquisition of the foam materials business unit of Otto Bock Group with production sites in Germany, China and the USA, making Conzzeta a global leader in polyurethane-based foam materials for modern mobility solutions used in the car, truck and aviation industries.

Advising the shareholders of ControlExpert GmbH, a disruptive technology service provider to the car insurance industry and Europe's largest InsurTech company, in its strategic partnership with private equity fund General Atlantic.

Advising Equens SE, one of the largest payment service providers in Europe, on a strategic business combination with the European market leader in payment and transactional services, Worldline SA.

Advising Intel on two strategic acquisitions of drone developer and manufacturer in Germany.

Advising Clariant, the Swiss world leader in specialty chemicals, on the sale of its Leather Services business to, and the subsequent investment in, Stahl, a chemicals group based in the Netherlands.

Advising an international hotel group on tax audits and fiscal court disputes and international mutual agreement procedures.

Advising non-EU pension funds (including, among others, Pension Fund Association, bcIMC) on the withholding of tax on dividend income, based on the case law of the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
