Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised NMi Group (NMi), a Bridgepoint Group (Bridgepoint) portfolio company, on the acquisition of Phoenix Testlab GmbH (Phoenix Testlab), a leading German testing and certification body specialising in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), environmental, radio, battery and product safety compliance.

This transaction enhances NMi's technical capabilities and supports its long-term vision of creating a pan-European, agile platform for Advisory, Testing, Inspection, Certification and Calibration (ATICC), with the ambition to integrate a diverse range of specialised capabilities to address various market access and in-life device assurance needs, while ensuring strict independence between services when required.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval and conditions.
