Verena Rudolph is Associate in the area of M&A specialized on energy law.
She advises national and international clients in the area of renewable energy law.
Verena started at White & Case right after passing the second state examination. She was able to gain experience in the field of energy law and competition law during her time at University, especially in the section of renewable energy law.
Besides that, she has gained practical experience in her field of profession in another big law firm.
Experience
Advising EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG on the sale of a 24.95 percent minority shareholding in transmission system operator TransnetBW Gmbh (TransnetBW) to Südwest Konsortium Holding GmbH.
Representation of German energy company E.ON on establishing a joint venture with Igneo Infrastructure Partners for the roll-out of high-speed broadband infrastructure in Germany. To this end, Igneo has acquired a 50% stake in Westenergie Breitband GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of E.ON SE.
