Advising EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG on the sale of a 24.95 percent minority shareholding in transmission system operator TransnetBW Gmbh (TransnetBW) to Südwest Konsortium Holding GmbH.

Representation of German energy company E.ON on establishing a joint venture with Igneo Infrastructure Partners for the roll-out of high-speed broadband infrastructure in Germany. To this end, Igneo has acquired a 50% stake in Westenergie Breitband GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of E.ON SE.
