Biography

Will Stawell is a member of White & Case's Debt Finance Group based in Sydney.

Will is a trusted advisor to clients on a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financing (both broadly syndicated and private credit), fund financing, PIKs, subordinated instruments and warrants.

Will's clients include private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, lenders (including private debt, investment banks and banks), and corporate borrowers.

Clients also trust Will when deals require restructuring or they are seeking to buy or sell their position.

Will practiced for a number of years in New York and is able to leverage that experience to provide clients with seamless service on complex cross border transactions.
