Biography
Zgjim Mikullovci is an International Attorney in White & Case's Global Capital Markets Practice.
Zgjim advises clients, including banks, private equity houses and major corporations, on public and private debt and equity transactions, including high-yield bonds, initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Zgjim gained experience at an international law firm in Germany.
Experience
Advised Delivery Hero SE, the world's leading local delivery platform, on raising an aggregate amount of US$1.4 billion in additional term loans maturing in June 2032.
Advised Adler Group on its tender offer, refinancing and consent solicitation for its €300 million senior secured notes due 2028.
Advised Berenberg as subscription agent on BioNTech SE's public exchange offer for all outstanding shares in CureVac N.V., valuing CureVac at approximately US$1.25 billion.
Advised BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan SE, Morgan Stanley Europe SE and UniCredit Bank GmbH on the issuance by Czechoslovak Group a.s. of US$1 billion 6.500% and €1 billion 5.250% senior secured notes due 2031.
